1. Prepare a cloth bag for containing talcum powder, and put the talcum powder into the cloth bag;
2. Clean up the sundries in the tire cavity;
3. Confirm whether the inner tube gasket and nut are tightened;
4. Beat the cloth bag filled with talcum powder so that the talcum powder is evenly coated on the surface of the inner tube, tire cavity and cushion belt;
5. Pick up the inner tube, outer tube and cushion belt to shake, shake off the excess talcum powder, and prevent the talcum powder from agglomerating;
6. Put the inner tube flat in the outer tire cavity;
7. The inner tube is filled with a small amount of gas to facilitate the loading of the cushion belt;
8. Assemble the cushion belt to make the copper seat of the inner tube air nozzle coincide with the center hole of the copper plate of the cushion belt;
9. Use a wrench to pry the joint between the cushion belt and the tire cavity to see if the edge of the cushion belt is discounted. If there is a discount, adjust it in time;
10. After assembling the outer tire and the copper ring, adjust the air nozzle copper rod of the inner tire to the center of the copper ring air nozzle groove again;
11. For inflated tires, use soapy water to test the valve core and valve from the gap of the rim to see if there is air leakage;
12. Install the protective cover of the inner tube valve and reconfirm that all components are completely installed.
