Material Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the application research and experiment of rubber products.
2.Responsible for the collection, analysis and processing of product information.
3.Responsible for technical services of rubber products.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer materials, chemical engineering, daily chemicals, fine chemicals, applied chemistry, etc.;
2.More than 1 year experience in rubber production or technical work;
3. Familiar with rubber processing technology, processing machinery and rubber formula; skilled in operating processing equipment such as open mill, internal mixer, vulcanizing machine;
4. Have strong communication and analytical skills, have certain problem-solving skills, innovative ability, and experimental design capabilities;
5.Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, can bear hardships and stand hard work, determined to long-term development in the rubber field.

Working hours: 8:00-17:00

Equipment Management and Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

1.Collect and review equipment procurement plans of various departments, and report to the superiors for approval if there is no problem;
2.Participate in the bidding for enterprise equipment procurement if necessary, and select the appropriate equipment supplier;
3.After the purchase of new equipment, it is responsible for acceptance, installation and commissioning;
4.Responsible for daily inspection of the operation of the equipment, and find problems in a timely manner;
5.Do a good job in the management of safety technology, organize and participate in the investigation and analysis of equipment accidents, and put forward treatment opinions;
6.Organize safety technical training for mechanical operators;
7.Responsible for the organization and storage of enterprise equipment files and materials, and establish equipment ledgers.

Qualifications:

1.College degree or above in mechanical or automation related fields;
2.Have more than 1 year relevant work experience;
3.Familiar with the working principle, equipment structure and operation characteristics of enterprise equipment;
4.Have working experience in equipment maintenance and equipment maintenance;
5.Have technical guidance skills;
6.Have good communication and coordination skills;
7.Have sufficient work patience and a serious work spirit.
