1. Check the tire pressure from time to time. The inflation pressure of tires must be inflated to the corresponding air pressures specified by different types and specifications of tires in accordance with national standards. According to the vehicle with which the tire is equipped, the air pressure can be inflated at the front and rear wheel pressures recommended by the automobile manufacturer and the tire manufacturer after negotiation.

For a new tire, the size will change (expand) after a period of use, and the corresponding internal pressure will decrease. When we find that the tire is flat and the air pressure is insufficient, we should increase the air pressure to reduce the damage of the low air pressure to the tire. (Note: After each tire is inflated, use soapy water to check whether the valve is leaking, and screw the valve cover to avoid useless work. At the same time, the spare tire of the vehicle should be kept available at all times.)

2. Don't overload. For tires under standard air pressure, if the load is too high, it is similar to low air pressure. Therefore, failures that may occur during low air pressure can also occur under high load. Increase the load correspondingly to increase the air pressure, and at the same time reduce the driving speed, otherwise it will be very dangerous.

Excessive load not only easily causes abnormal tire wear, which seriously affects tire life, but also easily causes safety accidents. Therefore, we must pay special attention to strictly follow the vehicle configuration.

3. Use speed. The faster you drive at high speeds, the first one will increase the possibility of tire skidding, the greater the heat generation, and the shorter the tire’s service life; the second the greater the heat, if the heat dissipation effect is not good, it is prone to failure; third, because of the speed If it is too fast, it will frequently brake excessively, which consumes a lot of tires and is not conducive to the long-term use of tires. Therefore, we must try our best to control the speed of the vehicle and not exceed the maximum use speed of the tires to reduce potential safety hazards.

4. The tires should be used in reverse. Because the front wheels are generally affected by the brake device, they are prone to eccentric wear. The rear wheel wears even more due to the heavy load, especially when it is the driving wheel. Therefore, it is important that the tire positions are interchanged in a timely manner. It can reduce eccentric wear and abrasion to a minimum, so as to give full play to the effectiveness of each tire, and ultimately achieve the purpose of extending the service life of the tire. The timely rotation of tires can also detect vehicle inclination and other problems early.

5. Pay attention to the tire inflation steps. Tyre inflation should be divided into two steps. Fill in a small amount of air first, make sure that the tire has been correctly installed on the rim, and then continue to inflate to standard pressure. The rim lines on the sidewalls should all be exposed outside the rim.

6. Be sure to drive safely, which is also the most important point. 1. It is recommended to use talcum powder to install the inner tube according to the following process:

1. Prepare a cloth bag for talcum powder, and put the talcum powder in the cloth bag;

2. Clean up the debris in the tire cavity;

3. Confirm whether the inner tube gasket and nut are tightened;

4. Tap the cloth bag filled with talcum powder to make the talcum powder evenly spread on the surface of the inner tube, the tire cavity and the cushion belt;

5. Pick up the inner tube, the outer tire and the cushion belt and shake, shake off the excess talcum powder to prevent the talcum powder from agglomerating;

6. ​​Lay the inner tube flat in the tyre cavity;

7. Fill the inner tube with a small amount of gas to facilitate the installation of the cushion belt;

8. Assemble the cushion belt so that the copper seat of the inner tube air nozzle matches the center hole of the copper plate of the cushion belt;

9. Use a wrench to pry open the joint between the cushion belt and the tire cavity to see if the edge of the cushion belt is discounted. If there is a discount, adjust it in time;

10. After assembling the tire and copper ring, adjust the valve copper rod of the inner tube to the center of the valve groove of the copper ring again;

11. For inflated tires, use soapy water to test the valve core and valve from the gap in the rim to check for leaks;

12. Install the inner tube valve protective cover, and reconfirm that all components are fully installed.
