rubber tensile test steps:

1. Install the rubber sample on the fixture first, and set the stretching speed to 500 mm/min.

2. Click to start the test, and use a ruler to track the working marking of the sample during the tensile test.

3. According to the test requirements, record the load when stretched to the specified elongation, the large load and elongation at break of the rubber, the time required for breaking and the elongation curve.

4. When the specimen is broken, the deformation value is measured with an accuracy of 0.5mm.

5. The test results can be saved in the computer or printed out by a printer.

6. After the test, remove the specimen from the fixture and turn off the total power supply of the tensile testing machine.
