Introduction: This year, the company's new 0.8 billion yuan project will be fully put into production.
This year, our company has built 1 million agricultural radial tire projects and waste rubber comprehensive utilization projects in combination with the actual development, so as to expand the production scale and strengthen and expand the industrial chain.
The company can produce 18 million butyl inner tubes and 10 million cushion belts every year. In order to expand the production scale, 1 million new agricultural meridian tire projects have been built this year, with a total investment of 0.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 80 mu and a new factory building of 25000 square meters. It mainly produces agricultural equipment tires and other products.
Now, the factory building of this project has been completed, and the equipment has been put into the factory one after another. It is expected to start production from the end of May to the beginning of June 2021, with an annual output value of about 0.6 billion yuan, which can accommodate 500 jobs.
At the same time, the company also invested 0.3 billion yuan to build a comprehensive utilization project of waste rubber, covering an area of 56.5 mu. The project mainly purchases waste tires from all over the country, realizes the reuse of resources after processing, and then solves the raw materials needed by enterprises to produce cushion belts, which can greatly save production costs and improve product stability. The next step will be to purchase and install tire cutting production lines, tire crushing production lines and other production equipment, which is expected to process 30000 tons of waste tires annually.
The project will be put into production at the end of June. It can be said that this project has filled a gap in the comprehensive utilization of waste tires in China, with an annual output value of about 0.3 billion yuan and a total resettlement of about 300 people.
